BOOKINGS and FEES

All bookings for accommodation, camping and day visits are handled by Guide House. A tentative booking can be made, which will only be held for two weeks or at the discretion of the booking secretary. Once a booking has been confirmed by phone an information leaflet, booking slip and fee sheet is sent. The booking slip is to be completed and returned along with the appropriate deposit/bond, by the due date.

Equipment is allocated on a first in basis. Information on hire fees (if applicable) is available from Guide House staff or the Douglas Scrub Manager.
